Every LAZARO piece is made by hand in Buenos Aires, with the same care and attention that has defined our family craft since 1948. We stand fully behind the quality of what we make.
12-Month Manufacturing Guarantee
All LAZARO products are covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects - including faulty stitching, hardware failure, lining detachment, or structural issues resulting from how the piece was made.
If a defect covered under this guarantee is identified within 12 months of purchase, we will, at our discretion and depending on the nature of the issue, either repair the piece at no cost or exchange it for a new one, free of charge.
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. We require proof that your item was purchased directly from lazaroleather.com
How to Make a Claim
To submit a guarantee claim, please email us at support@lazaroleather.com with:
- Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the defect
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
What Is Covered
- Faulty or broken hardware
- Stitching failures
- Lining detachment or tearing
- Structural defects in the leather resulting from the manufacturing process
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects - not the natural life of the leather. The following are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Scratches, scuffs, or color changes that develop with use (these are natural characteristics of genuine leather)
- Stains, water damage, or damage caused by improper care
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations made outside of our workshop
- Items purchased second-hand or through unauthorized resellers
The natural softening of a bag's shape over time is not a defect, it's leather living its life.
Beyond the Guarantee
