Refund policy

Returns

Our return window is 14 days from delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, waterproof bag, and tags. Do not remove any tags included with your order, we cannot accept returns if tags are missing.

Free returns worldwide. To submit a return, email support@lazaroleather.com with your order number and details of your request. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day. Our offices are closed on weekends and major holidays.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note we do not refund original shipping costs.

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your card issuer first, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, reach out to us at support@lazaroleather.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Email support@lazaroleather.com with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll take care of it.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of wear, scuffs, or damage not caused by us
  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Final sale and discounted items — with the exception of orders placed with the welcome code HELLOLAZARO, which remain eligible for return

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern. This policy may be updated at any time — please check back regularly.
