Founded in 1948 by Lazaro Nielavitzky and his brother, Lazaro is a family-owned business with over 76 years of expertise in traditional leather craftsmanship. Our journey began with the production of high-quality goatskin leather gloves, a staple for the stylish.
In the 1980s Jorge, Lazaro’s youngest son, joined the business. Jorge diversified the product by creating handbag, backpack, and wallet designs of the best quality.
The passion & commitment for craftsmanship are values that Lazaro has handed down to Jorge. For which are now being passed on to his children, Josefina & Roman, the third generation.
