First of all, the packaging was horrible. It was wrapped in a very thin cardboard box with no wrapping inside and one piece of tape so clearly it came damaged when I got it number one. The first time I used the zipper it stopped working on the outer pouch and number two. The back adjustable strap had been cut so as much as I was looking forward to getting this bag for the color and the size. I returned it and getting a full refund and I'm pretty sure I won't shop at this company anymore because it touts itself as being a luxury brand when it is really not!

Love this backpack! Specially the color! I was looking for a medium sized backpack. Not to heavy and not big at all. Found this one and honestly it's exactly what I was needing. Thanks Lazaro!
